Given her history, one that includes restraining orders filed against her and arrests for drunk driving, she has shown me nothing to indicate her cash cow will last past the first con-artist that gets ahold of her.

As one who has witnessed similar incidents in the business world over my career, I have learned one important fact:

It ain’t harassement until the victim (usually female) gets mad. As long as everybody is laughin and grab assin’ it is all good.

I knew NA$CAR would never let this thing get to a court room. They fired at least 2 who admitted to have participated in activities that were alledged. There was not much for NA$CAR suits to do but make her an offer she couldn’t refuse.

She better have got enough to retire on. You are correct to say she is ‘Toxic’.

Let me see if I have this straight, she asks for 225 million (as opposed to the normal 2-3 mil in this type suit) and her Shyster declares she’s been out of work all this time and in a not-so-shocking development she needed “closure.”

As I said from the get-go she aided and abetted those that did her wrong by her own actions and was looking to cash in.

Well, she did. But I suspect something around the 1-2 mil figure simply because all the bluster, all the “Shysterese” in the legal complaint was just that.

Bluster and unprovable.

And guess what Marcia? You’re still unemployed and will remain that way for the foreseeable future for the simple reason – your Toxic.
