Ok, you like it because it is black. Hmm, Grumpy fears that the current $4.00 gas market may serve to kill such cars as this and the Dodge Challenger. Oh sure, they will sell a bunch at first. Mostly to folks whose wealth insulates them from concern for fuel prices. These cars will not make it as everyday drivers. Unless, they come out with an underpowered secretary version like the Mustang offers.
BTW, I saw a Dodge Challenger (Hemi orange) on the road yesterday. My first sighting. It is an attention getter. In that color, it won’t be difficult for the Highway Patrol to spot. They drive Dodge Chargers now. The Ford Crown Vics are being kicked to the curb.

Any “secretary” versions of these babies will kill ‘em entirely. NOT the point, to me … part of it SHOULD be putting the pedal DOWN in the face of such political nonsense, and then, grin … just let ‘em try to catch us. (ALL of ‘em, and I’m not talkin’ about Officers Friendly right now — it’s more about defying the odds/challenges, as we, as a country, have ALWAYS done. It’s time to rebel again — so, for now, if it’s merely with muscle cars returning to the road … I say, let those horses RUN, even if it’s just around the block …)
Oh, but, yeah … have viewed/experienced the new Charger Officers Friendly rides myself … still got nothin’ on the MSP ‘Vettes, though, lol … and, for THOSE? I actually pause for a split-second to reconsider eluding, grin …
